Selling Your Property

The use of this website to sell your property is currently free. Any seller who registers using the 'Signup as a Seller' can then 'Login' and list their property for sale.

After you have listed your property, the listing will not be immediately available for viewing by other members. The administrator will review your listing and if there is no problems with it, then it should be viewable by all users within one or two working days.

The sign-up as a Seller is only available to private sellers and sellers that are selling their own property. It is not available to Real Estate Agents where they are acting as an agent for the property owner.

At some time in the future we will start to charge for new listings. Once your property has been listed, we will give you a minimum of three months free listing so long as you initially list it before we start charging for listings.

Note that property listings are restricted to the Sale of Real Estate and Businesses. Examples include land, farms, buildings, houses, units, shops and offices. At present we are not doing any rental except where leases are part of a business for sale.

It is policy of DirectPropertySales to maintain member and seller information as confidential except where the member or seller gives permission to disclose or as required by law. You have the option of deleting your membership information at any time.
